WEATHER POLICY

In the event of a sudden shower, the program will be temporarily suspended, however, every effort will be made to complete the program after the rain stops. If in the opinion of the CCRA officials, the bad weather will prevent safe racing conditions in a reasonable amount of time, the remaining races will be postponed or cancelled as follows:

1. The program will be considered complete (no rainchecks) if on-half of the scheduled laps are run, or one-half of the main feature is completed.

2. Some of the remainig events may be held on the next available race date.

3. In the event of rain, curfew or circumstances beyond control of the officials, the race may be declared complete or continued at the discretion of the officials in charge.

4. If the program is not considered complete, your ticket stub will be your raincheck for the next race. SORRY, NO CASH REFUNDS!

Minor release form required for anyone under the age of 18.  Form must be notarized and you must bring a original birth certificate.
